Joe Griffin - President

Joe co-founded Submitawebsite with his father in late 1997. In 2000, Joe pursued a new career with iCrossing, where he served as VP, Strategy and Media Director for 3 years. In January 2004 he returned to Submitawebsite, and changed the face of the Submitawebsite brand, product offering, and retention model. On April 1 2007, Joe oversaw the acquisition of Submitawebsite by Website Pros (Nasdaq:WSPI). Griffin's father left the company, and Joe has since taken over full operations of the company.

Joe's open-book philosophy keeps the team at Submitawebsite excited and motivated to always strive for better. Joe says that leadership is about earning people's respect by setting an example. His hard work and constant dedication is one of Submitawebsite's greatest assets.

Joe studied business management and marketing at Arizona State University, before beginning his career at Submitawebsite.

Steve Wilson - Dir. Business Development

Steve possesses 20+ years of marketing, business, and operations management experience within Fortune 500 and start-up environments in the web hosting, banking, telecommunications, and consumer product industries. His career includes tenure at companies such as Hasbro, The Dial Corporation and Qwest Communications; and his specific areas of expertise include Search Engine Optimization and Advertising, E-commerce and Internet Marketing, B2B / Consumer Marketing and Direct Marketing, Business Development, Branding and Product Management.

Steve studied Mechanical Engineering and Marketing at Arizona State University, and also holds an MBA from the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.

Patrick Knauer - Dir. Internet Strategy

Patrick Knauer has worked in Internet Marketing and SEO since 1998. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University and an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU in 2005. His experience with online marketing and consulting projects ranges from fortune 500 firms to dotcom startups.

As Director of Internet Strategy, Patrick works to develop long term strategies for Submitawebsite's clients. His team examines the results of SEO campaigns and identifies how to maximize traffic and create new customer opportunities. Patrick also works closely with the account team to ensure that Submitawebsite delivers exceptional customer service.

Steve Remley - Dir. Client Relations

Steve Remley has worked for Submitawebsite for 6-years. He started with the company in its infancy stages. Steve has consistently aided in the growth and evolution of Submitawebsite, and has been an advocate for superior customer service from the beginning.

Mr. Remley's knowledge of SEO and SEM is vast, as he has dedicated himself to learning the industry and all of its nuances 9 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 6-years.

Prior to working for Submitawebsite, Steve studied marketing at Arizona State University.

Denise Sottile - Human Resources Manager

Denise brings 20 years of accounting and business management experience to Submitawebsite. A New York native, Denise began her career in the insurance industry and spent years working for the Department of Energy and Pebble Technology serving in accounting and operational roles.

Submitawebsite had the good fortune to welcome Denise to the company as the Office/Human Resources Manager in 2004. Coming from a large family, most of whom followed Denise to Phoenix, she still has children in Las Vegas and more family back in New York, where she travels at least once a year to become a tourist in her home town.
